What do you do when it's 45 degrees and raining outside? Well, I put the Supertrapp on my scoot today, and what a sound! Nice, deep burble that I thought it should have had all along. I've got 5 disks in it at the moment, but I'll wait until I've had her out on the road for a while before I tinker with it any more.
I didn't realize until I had the old muffler off that it is double-wall the entire length of it. No wonder it weighs so much. If I had a boat, I know what I would use for an anchor.
I also installed the saddlebag standoffs, and that was quite an exercise in manual dexterity. Perhaps I should feel lucky, since I only ended up with one bloody finger.
Can't wait for the first dry day.
